Acupressure Tips for Better Health🤚

Hello Everyone!
This is Yuri from Sakura-an👩🏻🌸!

I hope you all had a great day! Can you believe it’s already June? Looking back at May, it started with Golden Week and continued with the vibrant and energetic Sanja Matsuri in mid-May. The energy and enthusiasm from the locals were truly inspiring as I went about my work😆!

In my personal life, it’s been a busy but fulfilling month. I’ve been attending oil massage school, which has been a fantastic experience. I’ll share more about that with you another time!

Now, it seems like the weather won’t be great this week, and we might be heading into the rainy season. Many people feel unwell with changes in atmospheric pressure, so today, I’d like to share some acupressure points that can help alleviate discomfort during these times.

【Recommended Acupressure Points:】

1. Lao Gong (労宮): Located in the center of your palm, in the hollow area.

2.He Gu (合谷): Found between the thumb and index finger, in the webbing where the bones of these fingers meet.

3. Yang Chi (陽池): Located on the back of the hand, in the depression on the wrist joint.

To press these points, gently apply pressure for about 3 seconds, then slowly release over another 3 seconds. Repeat this 2-3 times🤚Everyone’s effective point can slightly vary, so explore and find the spot that feels “good pain.”
☺️☺️
When life gets busy and challenging, remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. I hope these tips help ease any discomfort you may be feeling.

And finally, spending time with my beloved dogs always lifts my spirits and melts away any fatigue✨

Take care and see you next time!
