Hello, this is Paulina from Sakura-an🧔♀️🌸
It’s been two full years since I started writing my “Daily Gratitude Journal.”
To be honest, I’ve always struggled to keep up with journals before—I’d usually give up after a few days! Haha.
But this time, I think I’ve found the key: jotting down small notes on my phone as they come to mind and, most importantly, having fun while doing it☺️
Here’s what I include in my journal:
•Things that made me happy or grateful that day
•Fun moments or things that made me laugh (whether at home or while out!)
•Things that moved me emotionally
•Delicious food I enjoyed
•New things I discovered or loved
•Little achievements (like cleaning or waking up early), tasks I completed, or progress I made
•Things I learned
•New challenges or experiences I tried
•Dreams and goals I want to achieve (I add a mark to find these easily later)
Even small things count! I try to write everything down.
To keep it uplifting, I don’t include any negative feelings or events.
This habit has helped me notice the small joys around me, and I’d love to recommend it to everyone! Try it and see how it changes your mindset☺️
Oh, and Christmas is coming soon!🎄✨
At Sakura-an, you’ll even see some funny, unevenly folded origami Santas I made with traditional Japanese paper to greet you!✨
