Hello, this is Mari from Sakura-an🌸👩🏻!
Do you feel cold hands and feet during winter? Or maybe you feel more tired than usual?
These are signs that your body might need extra care. If your body stays cold, it can weaken your immune system and make you more likely to catch a cold.
But don’t worry! By adding Onkatsu (warming activities) to your daily life, you can stay healthy and enjoy the winter season.
My Simple Onkatsu Routine
I focus on three things:
1.Food
2.Baths
3.Aromatherapy Treatments
I always take a bath to warm my body♨️! Recently, I visited a local bathhouse called Kotobukiyu in Inaricho. The water was quite hot, but it warmed me up completely and helped me relax.
After my bath, I found a wonderful Japanese restaurant nearby called Takahashi.
There are so many types of hot pot, like:
•Mizutaki (clear broth)
•Sukiyaki
•Shabu-shabu
•Soy milk hot pot
•Kimchi hot pot
This week, I had soy milk hot pot—it was so comforting! What’s your favorite hot pot?
Even with warm food and baths, sometimes it’s hard to fully warm up your body. That’s where aromatherapy massage can help!
At Sakura-an, our aroma lymphatic massage promotes blood circulation and warms your body from the inside. Before the massage, you can relax with a soothing foot bath. The massage itself releases muscle tension and improves blood flow, leaving you feeling warm and refreshed.
Many of our customers say their whole body feels warm and energized after a treatment. It’s also a great way to recover from fatigue😊
I personally go for a massage almost every week—it’s my special reset time. Warming your body helps you feel calm, positive, and ready to enjoy life.
This winter, why not try a special aromatherapy experience at Sakura-an? Let us help you warm your body and mind with our Japanese-style treatments✨
Add a little Onkatsu to your daily life, and stay healthy and happy this winter!
Have a wonderful day🥰✨
